Customer Service Supervisor Job Description

Kohl's is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for training and developing our customer service associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop customer service associates to maximize performance and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee daily operations of the Cash Office and ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the registers and service desk areas
  • Supervise and assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or retail management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
