About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at PBK Architects. As a Civil Sports Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing athletic facilities and site development projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Perform civil design calculations, sketches, and technical comparisons for various projects.
- Coordinate project assignments with other engineers and technicians in your discipline group.
- Review drawings supplied by contractors, clients, and engineers, and recommend necessary changes.
- Research code issues and work with local officials to ensure compliance.
- Research design options and document findings for project engineers and managers.
- Provide project cost estimating and attend design review meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- 5 years of previous professional engineering design experience on sports facility and/or site development projects.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) - Civil Engineering.
- At least 2 years of previous professional experience with engineering design software (AutoCAD).
