Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide membership information and facilitate tours of our facilities.
  • Ensure our facilities are clean and well-maintained, including daily cleaning tasks and maintaining a high level of presentation.
  • Process membership sign-ups, handle point-of-sale transactions, and address member concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with billing issues and disputes, and escalate to leadership as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on all training materials and updates in our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Maintain knowledge of our amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions, and assist members with any questions or concerns.
  • Prepare and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality standards.
  • Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings.
