What We're Looking For

We're seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team. As a structural engineer, you'll collaborate with architects, contractors, and design team members to resolve challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.

A Typical Day

  • Collaborate with project teams to strategize for sustainable and efficient design solutions.
  • Develop detailed project plans and produce structural drawings and calculation packages.
  • Create and refine structural models using advanced design software.
  • Conduct site visits and prepare observation reports.
  • Engage in office training sessions focused on effective communication and project management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural engineering.
  • A Master's Degree in Structural Engineering is highly preferred.
  • Approximately four (4) years of experience in structural engineering.
  • A Nevada PE license (or the ability to obtain one within six months) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
