Role Overview
As a Site/Civil Engineer, you will be entrusted with:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and designing civil engineering plans for various projects, focusing on site layouts, grading, drainage, and utility systems.
2. Creating detailed design plans, profiles, and specifications.
3. Preparing comprehensive Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans.
4. Conducting quantity takeoffs and performing water quality calculations.
5. Crafting basis of design narratives and contract documents.
6. Making informed decisions on engineering procedures and design modifications.
7. Acting as a Technical Specialist or Project Manager for mid-sized projects as required.
8. Supervising a small team of professionals and technicians.
9. Undertaking additional responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Proven leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation.
- Experience with stormwater design modeling tools.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to contributing positively to our employee-owned culture.
