Speech Language Pathology Specialist

About the RoleThis full-time position offers a competitive salary of $125,000 per year, reflecting the importance of this role in our organization's mission. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to improve speech delays, conditions, and feeding issues in our clients. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement therapy programs to address speech and language development needs.
- Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations to assess client progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on client progress, recommending evidence-based interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate clinical and administrative records, adhering to federal and state regulations, and agency system policies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to determine ongoing treatment plans and review client progress.
Requirements:
- Initial certification by the National Board for Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Valid/active SLP license from the State of Nevada required.
- CPR and First Aid certifications required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) required.
