About the Role
Flik Hospitality Group invites applications for a Senior Conference Planner position. As a key member of our conference services team, you will play a critical role in planning and executing meetings and events that exceed client expectations. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional experiences, driving business success and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive meeting and event plans, aligning with client objectives and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and excellent customer service.
- Manage event logistics, including room setup, audio-visual equipment, and catering arrangements.
- Analyze operational aspects and report on areas for improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in hotel, corporate, or conference center settings.
- Previous conference services management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of AV equipment and ability to lift/move conference furniture.
- Superior communication, problem-solving, and strategic skills.
- Advanced computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office products.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
