We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Primrose School of Paramus. As a Preschool Teacher and Learning Facilitator, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our 2 1/2 to 3 year old students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Lesson Plans: Work with your co-teacher to develop and implement the Balanced Learning curriculum, ensuring a well-rounded and engaging educational experience for our students.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster genuine relationships with each child, understanding their unique needs and abilities, and providing individualized attention and support.
  • Manage the Classroom Environment: Maintain a safe, healthy, and well-organized classroom that encourages children to explore, create, and learn.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with your co-teacher and the Leadership Team to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
