Social Skills Facilitator

Alpine Learning Group is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Social Skills Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our after-school social skills programs, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with autism and their families achieve meaningful outcomes.
Job Summary:
The Social Skills Facilitator will be responsible for implementing behavioral strategies, motivation systems, and data collection to support learners in achieving their goals. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment, ensuring that each learner receives personalized attention and care.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavioral strategies and motivation systems to support learners in achieving their goals.
- Collect and analyze data to inform treatment plans and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Communicate effectively with caregivers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and progress.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical expertise and stay up-to-date with best practices.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an ABA therapy setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and caregivers.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency with technology, including data collection software and electronic communication tools.
