Key Responsibilities and QualificationsThe Clinical Pharmacy Operations Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and management of pharmacy clinical and operational programs under the direction of the pharmacy director. Responsibilities include:
- Managing clinical functions in collaboration with the clinical manager.
- Overseeing operational aspects of Pyxis systems and ensuring compliance with USP 797/800 standards.
- Graduation from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree, Doctorate in Pharmacy, or PharmD degree.
- Current Florida Pharmacist License required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.
- Preferred experience of at least 2 years in a clinical pharmacy role.
