About the Role
The Johns Hopkins University is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Administrative Coordinator, HR Operations Support to join our team at the Department of Neurology's BIOS Clinical Trials Coordinating Center (CTCC). This individual will play a vital role in assisting with HR-related activities and supporting the growth and efficiency of our center.
Responsibilities
- HR Operational Support: The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing day-to-day recruitment and hiring processes, from initiation to onboarding. They will collaborate with internal resources to assist with recruiting and staff-related functions within the CTCC.
- Training & Development Support: This role will work closely with BIOS CTCC leaders and NeuroHR to develop integrated training pathways and solutions that balance business goals and team members' development.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or graduation equivalent; five years progressively responsible administrative experience.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree; recruiting and staff development experience; familiarity with JHU Human Resources policies and practices.
