Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Equipment Supervisor to join our team as a Senior Rigger. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and working with one or more machinery moving crews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train machinery moving crews in best-known rigging operation practices and procedures including safety.
  • Direct all activities on customer job sites, ensuring efficient and safe movement of equipment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance crew performance and safety.
  • Drive to customer job sites and perform site assessments to identify potential hazards.
  • Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of rigging and machinery moving Lead experience or comparable experience within the machinery moving industry.
