Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care as delegated by the RN or provider, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Collect and analyze patient data to inform assessments and develop effective care plans.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide optimal care and service, adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population.
- Graduate of an accredited post-secondary practical nursing program and current Minnesota LPN license.
- Current BLS certification.
