Compensation Package: $150,000 - $170,000 annually

The Project Construction Manager will oversee projects in the following sectors:

Colleges

Universities

K-12 Educational Institutions

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Guiding subcontractors on safe construction methodologies
  • Ensuring quality control by addressing all subcontractor deficiencies
  • Managing project timelines and defining critical paths for subcontractors and vendors
  • Promoting collaboration among subcontractors
  • Collaborating with design teams and clients to navigate challenges and unexpected conditions
  • Reviewing all project drawings, specifications, and submissions
  • Providing daily progress updates and weekly scheduling reports
Candidate Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction
  • 3-5 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Thorough understanding of subcontractor management and construction sequencing
  • Familiarity with ASI's RFI's and Material Submittals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Procore
  • Experience with CMAR and/or Design/Build project delivery methods
  • A strong team player with a commitment to client satisfaction
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • A valid Driver's License
