Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with experience in the automotive industry, preferably at a franchise dealership. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, knowledge of dealership computer systems, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

About the Role
  • Lead and Inspire a Team: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, setting standards of excellence, integrity, and ethical sales practices.
  • Closing Deals: You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, utilizing your negotiation skills to close deals efficiently.
  • Implement Sales Strategies: With a data-driven approach, you will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve target goals, leveraging CRM software for tracking and following up on all sales leads.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience as a sales manager or similar role in the automotive industry, preferably at a franchise dealership.
  • Knowledge of Dealership Systems: Proficient knowledge of dealership computer systems, including CRM (CDK knowledge preferred).
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and train sales team members.
