Job Summary:


As a Licensed Practical Nurse with LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our geriatric patients. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to ensure the needs of our residents are met. You will also attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:


• Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
• Less than one year experience
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma)
• License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification
• Basic computer skills
• Synquest; IV Pump; Phillips Monitoring System; Accucheck; EKG Machine, Specialty Bed Operation
