Job Summary

This role reports to the Job Site Manager and supports our organization's mission, vision, and values by exhibiting key behaviors such as excellence, collaboration, innovation, respect, commitment to our community, accountability, and ownership.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Cutting, shaping, and assembly of metal components based on blueprints, technical drawings, and verbal instructions
2. Operating manlift, forklift, and scissorlift equipment
3. Maintaining strict adherence to all safety protocols

Requirements and Qualifications

• Certification or skills to operate manlift, forklift, and scissorlift equipment
• Bilingual English/Spanish language proficiency required
• Ability to install flashing and panels
• Minimum 3 years' experience in metal working or equivalent
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting metal parts (minimum 50 pounds), bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods while working at heights and/or outdoors in various weather conditions (90% of time or more)
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality workmanship
