Job Title: CDL Driver - Logistics Specialist

About the Role:
This is a full-time position at Select Water Solutions, Inc. The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000-$80,000 based on industry standards and location.

Job Description:
Select Water Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced CDL A driver to join our team as a Winch Truck Driver. As a Winch Truck Driver, you will be responsible for operating a Winch Truck equipped with a single winch to load and move frac tanks, or with the use of a float (flatbed trailer) to pick up, transport, and unload oil field servicing or drilling equipment.

The essential job functions include:
* Ensuring the truck is loaded and secured properly.
* Managing the weight of shipment.
* Maintaining vehicle security and cleanliness.
* Performing regular inspections to ensure the truck meets all D.O.T. requirements.
* Complying with all safety rules and company policies.

Responsibilities:
* Load and unload trucks as required.
* Work in the yard and field as needed by the supervisor.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions.
* Represent the company in a respectful manner while wearing a Select uniform.

Requirements:
* 1 year of experience as a CDL A driver.
* CDL A license.
* High School diploma/GED.
* Tanker and HazMat endorsement preferred.
* Meet all Federal Motor Carrier D.O.T. requirements and safety qualifications.
* Current D.O.T. medical card.
* Ability to read and interpret information such as driving routes, safety rules, sales tickets, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
* Possess outstanding organizational and time management skills.
* Must be able to pass a D.O.T. pre-employment physical.

Physical Demands:
* Work regularly performed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat, near moving mechanical parts; exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet, and/or humid conditions, vibration, and dust is expected.
* Exposure to noise levels requiring the use of hearing protection.
* Prolonged sitting, standing, walking.
