Treatment Specialist Position

We are currently seeking a Treatment Specialist to join our team at Solution Based Therapeutics. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work in an individual or group setting, providing high-quality support services to clients struggling with substance abuse.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Establish trust and rapport with clients, fostering an open and supportive environment
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track client progress
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Provide comprehensive support services, including education, counseling, and referrals

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the behavioral health sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Active certification as a RADT (Certified Recovery Peer Advocate)

Compensation: $21-23 per hour
