We are seeking a skilled Behavior Assistant / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Fresno team and provide ABA services to children, teens, and young adults with autism spectrum disorders.
Responsibilities- Work 1:1 with clients in home, school, and community settings to implement Behavior treatment programs.
- Collaborate with parents and family members to develop and implement personalized plans.
- Demonstrate interest and commitment to the science of human behavior and the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- A high school diploma and be at least 18 years of age, with a Bachelors Degree or near completion preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with people from various backgrounds and experience working in applied settings.
- Clear level-two background check, bilingual skills, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, car insurance, and clean driving record.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and stand/sit/kneel for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule options available.
