Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cisco Network Engineer to join our team at TWO95 International. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring network operating systems, providing phone support, and analyzing network topologies to identify potential issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Install current network operating system on new or existing network devices and/or install communication equipment including routers, switches, and firewalls.
* Provide phone support to employees or customers relative to networking technology.
* Analyze network topologies to determine potential issues and make suggestions for recommended changes.
* Assist with the preparation of network assessments and certifications.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree
* Cisco Certifications (Cisco CCNP Route/Switch)
* Experience with Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS)
* Experience implementing IPv6.
* Strong project management skills.

Additional Responsibilities

* Install current network operating server software on new or existing server-class hardware and/or install communication equipment including routers, terminal servers, switches, and firewalls.
* Install supporting applications and peripherals on the above-mentioned servers including tape backup hardware and software, email software, anti-virus software, etc.
* Install user workstation hardware, operating software, and various application software and/or pre-configured equipment.
* Configure user IDs and customer-specific settings on servers and transfer data from the old environment to the new environment.
* Correspond with customer and other divisions within the company to insure all customer concerns and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
* Assist Sales by analyzing customer requirements and recommending appropriate products and services.
* Prepare statements of work relative to upcoming network installations and general preparations for installations.
