About the Role

As a full-time Restaurant Sales Consultant at Alpha, you'll play a key role in helping small and medium-sized restaurants succeed by providing them with advanced POS systems.

Your primary focus will be on finding and forming relationships with local restaurant owners, understanding their unique challenges, and delivering tailored POS solutions that make a real impact on their business.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with local restaurant owners, build trust, and establish long-term relationships
  • Initiate contact through in-person visits, phone calls, and emails to reach out to potential clients and set up product demos
  • Consult with restaurant owners to understand their operations and offer customized POS solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and hit your targets
  • Record keeping and communication using internal tools
Requirements
  • Sales background and experience in building and maintaining relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and via other methods
  • Driven individual with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to the team's growth
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems and internal communication tools
  • Adaptable and able to adjust quickly in a fast-moving market

Earnings

The estimated salary for this role is $85,200 per year (based on 2 deals per month), with incentives including a $1,250 upfront bonus for each new deal closed, and $60,000 bonus for closing 60 deals in a year. There is also a 25% annual payment of estimated profit, which compounds each year.
