Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership: Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
  2. Clinical Oversight: Oversee daily operations, including patient monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
  3. Quality Improvement: Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Three years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in home health care.
  • Certification: Current RN licensure and BSN degree.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in electronic medical records.
