Job Title: Senior Marketing Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Leader to join our team at the Skyline Hotel Detroit Airport, SureStay Collection by BW. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that engage customers and promote the hotel's brand.
  • Manage and analyze marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics to inform future marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Prior marketing experience of 5+ years, including some in a leadership role, is required.
  • Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation software and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
Salary:
  • $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
