Pest Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team at ABC Home & Commercial Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying and eliminating pests, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our services.
Key Responsibilities- Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions to address their pest control needs.
- Identify pests, their sources, and develop effective solutions to eliminate and prevent future infestations.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Apply chemicals and other extermination techniques to eliminate pests.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Valid driver's license with at least five years of issue date prior to application.
- Previous pest control experience is not necessary, as we provide paid training.
- Ability to work on roofs, high heights, ladders, and crawlspaces.
- Dependable and disciplined with a desire to work year-round.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to manage specialized work efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to adhere to guidelines and procedures set by ABC and the Texas Department of Agriculture.
