Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for a leading construction company in Knoxville, Tennessee. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in ground-up commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all on-site construction activities for ground-up commercial projects with budgets of $7 million or more.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site staff to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all applicable codes and regulations.
  • Maintain open communication with the project management team, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure the project vision is realized.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects with budgets of $7 million or more.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
