Job Overview

Eliassen Group is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions to achieve business goals for our product offering.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Architecture and Management to translate product requirements into technology solutions
  • Mentor junior engineers within the team
  • Design and implement technical solutions to achieve business goals for the product offering
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Java application development using Spring
  • 7+ years of experience in database design and development using Oracle/PostgreSQL
  • Solid understanding of Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Core, Kafka, and SQL (Oracle and PostgreSQL)
  • Deep understanding of API design, including versioning, API documentation (Swagger)
  • Strong knowledge of developing highly scalable distributed systems using open-source technologies
  • Solid understanding of E2E ALM tools like JIRA, gitStash, FishEye, Crucible, Maven, Jenkins, uDeploy
  • Working knowledge of public/private cloud capabilities, including compute, storage, and scaling
  • Passion for technology and experience with modern programming languages and frameworks
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with supporting teams to get things done in an expedited manner
  • Ability to solve real-life problems, design modern solutions for legacy applications
  • Pro-actively take ownership of situations, people, and technology
  • Show strong judgment and leadership across a multitude of situations and drive decision-making, taking all factors into account
  • Ability to operate at multiple levels, zoom-in and out as the situation demands, and stay connected to the details while possessing the ability to see the big picture
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare industry is an added qualification
  • Ability to navigate across a complex and changing technology landscape and stay on top of industry trends
