About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Inter-Co Division 10 Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Participate in the conceptual development of construction projects, oversee their organization, scheduling, and implementation.
  • Supply and Installation Management: Work with our sales and estimating team to complete the supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker room projects.
  • Customer Service and Communication: Collaborate with customers to process and complete shop drawings, coordinate site measures, attend site meetings, order products, and arrange for shipping.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage third-party subcontract installers on job site installations.
  • Change Order Management: Review and price change orders for existing projects and actively follow up to sell change orders on a profitable basis.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve various issues that arise with projects, including delays, adverse site conditions, installation issues, and other day-to-day challenges.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work with other project managers, warehouse managers, and drivers to successfully complete projects.
  • Project Deficiency Management: Complete project deficiencies and work with customers to ensure complete satisfaction on their project delivery.
  • Warehouse Management: Assist with warehouse management and monthly inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: Successful completion of a post-secondary education.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Driver's License: A valid state driver's license with access to a vehicle.
