Job Overview

Environmental Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of various installation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project life cycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive project planning, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, resources, and constraints.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
  • Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and provide clear direction to team members.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the project and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, ensuring effective communication and managing client expectations.
  • Enforce strict quality control measures to ensure that installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on installation projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
