Key Responsibilities

- Execute tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in alignment with dealership standards.

- Conduct test drives and assess components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.

- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.

- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services required and provide time estimates for further repairs.

- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Technician is preferred.

- High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification is required.

- B level qualifications, including expertise in Diagnostics, Electrical, and Engine Repair.

- Strong dexterity, excellent hand-eye coordination, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

- Proficient in using electronic diagnostic equipment.

- Exceptional customer service skills and basic computer knowledge.

- A positive and friendly demeanor, with a willingness to learn and improve.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and collaborate effectively with team members.

- Capability to learn new technologies, repair techniques, and service specifications.

- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
