We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Low Voltage Systems Technician. This role is essential in delivering top-notch services to our residential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct installation and configuration of security systems including Burglar Alarms, CCTV (both IP and Analog), DVRs, and Access Control Systems.
- Install safety devices such as window breaks, door units, and smoke detectors.
- Diagnose and resolve signal issues to ensure optimal functionality of alarm systems.
- Engage in daily fieldwork, interacting with customers directly at their locations.
- Test and confirm signal integrity for all installed equipment.
- Educate customers on the operation of their systems, addressing any inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
- Complete necessary documentation for each service performed.
- Accurately account for all materials used in each installation before finalizing job reports.
- Maintain an organized inventory of company products within the service vehicle.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Aim for a 90% success rate in completed installations without the need for follow-up visits.
