Engineering Director

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee and coordinate engineering functions to enhance product performance, meet customer needs, and support manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement Lean principles and lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize production processes.
- Provide technical expertise to resolve productivity issues and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Manage tooling and equipment projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and maintain production documentation and control plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Select vendors and manage preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Establish departmental goals aligned with production initiatives to drive business growth.
- Support IATF-16949 and ISO-14001 initiatives to ensure quality and environmental management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with project management and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading and overseeing an engineering team to drive business results.
- Experience with continuous improvement processes to drive process excellence.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices is essential.
