Patient Service Liaison

Work with empathy and understanding to support Medicare beneficiaries and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and triage beneficiary calls
  • Case intake and management
  • Staff the Medicare Helpline
  • Explain rights and responsibilities to patients
  • Inform beneficiaries, healthcare providers, and others of QIO activities

Livanta LLC serves Medicare beneficiaries in 27 states and US territories as a Beneficiary and Family Centered Care (BFCC) Quality Improvement Organization (QIO).

Requirements:

  • Ability to work closely with diverse individuals
  • Clear English communication
  • Bilingual English/Spanish desired
  • Knowledge of medical terminology helpful
  • Strong computer skills and typing ability

Compensation:

Starting at $18.55/hour, with health insurance available at hire.

Location:

Livanta LLC's Nevada offices are centrally located in Las Vegas, easily accessible from all points.
