Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of environmental services
  • Participate in the Compass Group's Accelerated Manager Program (AMP)
  • Develop skills and expertise in support services management
Requirements

To succeed in this dynamic role, candidates must possess:

  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree received by August 2025 or prior (required)
  • One year of customer service or related work or internship experience (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of contract administration and client relations
Compensation

Candidates can expect a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan, flexible time off, holiday time off, associate shopping program, health and wellness programs, discount marketplace, identity theft protection, pet insurance, and commuter benefits.
