Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at LB&B. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
  • Use plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings.
  • Repair or replace sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
  • Paint floors, steps, and sidewalks.
  • Replace damaged paneling and floor tiles.
  • Hang doors and install locks.
  • Replace broken window panes and perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in general maintenance and repair.
  • Experience in commercial HVAC repair and maintenance of mechanical building systems highly desired.
