Job Title: Lead Mechanic

APAC Central Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a highly skilled Lead Mechanic to join our team. As a Lead Mechanic, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our heavy equipment fleet, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of mechanics in performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including trucks, tractors, and construction equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained and running at optimal levels.
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and develop plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance and repair activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior mechanics to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
