Job Summary

CRH is seeking a skilled Lead Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our heavy equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and repair malfunctions in heavy equipment, including trucks, tractors, and construction equipment.
  • Inspect and maintain equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Direct and train other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective repairs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-6 months of experience in heavy equipment maintenance; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid CDL class A or B license and satisfactory driving record preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to train and direct others.
