Licenses and Certifications
Must possess and maintain a valid state PT license or certification
Current CPR certification is preferred

Qualifications

Education :
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

Experience : 0-1 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation requirements.
  • Design and execute individualized treatment strategies, incorporating therapeutic exercises, manual therapy methods, and modalities aimed at enhancing patients' physical capabilities.
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and effective management strategies for their conditions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to guarantee holistic patient care.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
