Job Description

A Senior Client Engineer - GenAI will leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to create AI applications at ACL Digital. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting the organization in utilizing data effectively, collaborating with a team of data scientists and engineers to offer strategic guidance and insights for informed decision-making by management.

The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and a track record of thought leadership. They should have experience working on enterprise projects with open-source technologies, as well as expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and large language models such as ChatGPT or similar.

This position entails conceptualizing, creating, and deploying generative AI solutions across various industries, customizing and refining LLMs, undertaking tasks including data preprocessing, model refinement, and performance assessment, and contributing to the documentation and communication of project progress, outcomes, and insights to stakeholders and team members.

In this role, you will also stay abreast of developments in the AI and machine learning domain to enrich and enhance our solutions. You should be proficient in Python, including experience with AI/Client libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch, and familiar with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the technical team to conceptualize, create, and deploy generative AI solutions across various industries.
• Customize and refine LLMs, such as OpenAI's ChatGPT, to align with the specific requirements of clients and partners.
• Undertake tasks including data preprocessing, model refinement, and performance assessment to uphold the excellence of our AI solutions.
• Participate in the exploration and innovation of Client AI methodologies and strategies to enhance our capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Contribute to the documentation and communication of project progress, outcomes, and insights to stakeholders and team members.
• Stay abreast of developments in the AI and machine learning domain to enrich and enhance our solutions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and familiarity with large language models such as ChatGPT or similar, along with their applications across diverse industries.
• Understanding of Hypothesis testing, Statistical Methods, Sampling Theory, and Experimental Design.
• Familiarity with common advanced analysis tools, with a preference for proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
• Demonstrated knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts in Python or Java, evidenced through work experience or contributions on platforms like GitHub.
• Strong programming abilities in Python, including experience with AI/Client libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Comfortability with Flask/FastAPI and Postman for model testing and deployment.
• Ability to formulate and address critical analytical inquiries with a focus on driving product impact.

Additional Requirements:

• Atleast 2 Projects on GenAI.
• Good in NLP.
• Understands Cloud and Deployment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/Client Projects.
• Developed projects using RAG Framework.
• Worked in BioTech or Pharma or Life Sciences or Healthcare or Medical Devices Domains.
• Lead a team working on AI/Client Projects.
• Good Communication Skill.
• Worked on Client Projects; Not on Internal Projects.
