About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Engineer - GenAI to join our team at ACL Digital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of AI applications, collaborating with a team of data scientists and engineers, and staying abreast of developments in the AI and machine learning domain to enrich and enhance our solutions.

This position entails providing strategic guidance and insights for informed decision-making by management, conceptualizing, creating, and deploying generative AI solutions across various industries, customizing and refining LLMs, undertaking tasks including data preprocessing, model refinement, and performance assessment, and contributing to the documentation and communication of project progress, outcomes, and insights to stakeholders and team members.

You will also be responsible for participating in the exploration and innovation of Client AI methodologies and strategies to enhance our capabilities and maintain a competitive edge. We are looking for a motivated, focused, and self-starting mindset, coupled with effective communication skills and diligent follow-through. You should also have exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication proficiencies, and the capability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and deployment of AI applications at ACL Digital.
  • Provide strategic guidance and insights for informed decision-making by management.
  • Collaborate with a team of data scientists and engineers to conceptualize, create, and deploy generative AI solutions across various industries.
  • Customize and refine LLMs, such as OpenAI's ChatGPT, to align with the specific requirements of clients and partners.
  • Undertake tasks including data preprocessing, model refinement, and performance assessment to uphold the excellence of our AI solutions.
  • Participate in the exploration and innovation of Client AI methodologies and strategies to enhance our capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to create innovative solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and a track record of thought leadership.
  • Experience working on enterprise projects with open-source technologies.
  • Proficiency in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and familiarity with large language models such as ChatGPT or similar, along with their applications across diverse industries.
  • Understanding of Hypothesis testing, Statistical Methods, Sampling Theory, and Experimental Design.
  • Familiarity with common advanced analysis tools, with a preference for proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts in Python or Java, evidenced through work experience or contributions on platforms like GitHub.

  • Developed projects using RAG Framework.
  • Worked in BioTech or Pharma or Life Sciences or Healthcare or Medical Devices Domains.
  • Lead a team working on AI/Client Projects.
  • Good Communication Skill.
  • Worked on Client Projects; Not on Internal Projects.
