About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Explain and demonstrate product capabilities to customers, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales, retention, and customer experience targets, consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Assist with the opening and closing of our retail store environments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in workshops, special events, and product demos, showcasing our products and services to customers.
  • Support fellow sales agents, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of current Cox products and competitor offerings through regular training classes.
  • May be required to work in other locations within the same geographical area.
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including a variable targeted total compensation of $50,146, with high earners reaching an average annual compensation of $64,472. You will also receive a full-time hourly base rate of at least $16.73, plus monthly targeted commissions of $1,279. Additionally, you will be eligible for a ramp period of up to 2 months to adjust to commission earnings.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively sell products using a consultative, solutions-based approach.
  • Ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a service-oriented, fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to be mobile within the store for long periods of time to greet customers and demonstrate products and services.
  • Computer literacy with an aptitude for learning communication products, services, and accessories.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds to help manage stock room inventory.

Preferred qualifications include some college experience with a focus in sales, business, and/or management, one year of experience in a related field, and experience selling Wireless/Mobile products.
