Job Title: Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Bar Louie. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exemplify Bar Louie's Mission, Vision, and Values in your daily work
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
  • Learn and master our menu, including food and beverage options
  • Protect our guests by accurately ordering, checking, and serving items as requested
  • Practice responsible alcohol service and involve management as needed
  • Accurately record and charge guests for all items
  • Process transactions with integrity and support peers by running food and drinks, bussing tables, and greeting guests
  • Complete opening and closing duties efficiently to ensure success
  • Manage side work effectively and follow all policies and procedures
  • Provide accurate availability and maintain consistent attendance
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of serving experience preferred
  • Hospitality or customer experience required
Physical Requirements:

Team members must be able to perform the duties of the gastrobar location, including lifting up to 10 pounds constantly and up to 50 pounds as required, twisting and reaching frequently, and working in alternatively hot or cold environments for extended periods.
