About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse - Charge Nurse to join our team at The Neighborhoods by Tiger Place. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents and ensuring that our high standards of quality and compassion are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign checks.
- Supervise and mentor a team of caregivers to ensure they are providing high-quality care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs and ensure that our community is meeting their expectations.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN) with current state license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Charge Nurse or in a similar leadership role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
