Mercy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Primary Care Nurse to join our team. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will work closely with our Providers to manage triage calls and messages for the clinic. This is a newly created role that offers a unique opportunity for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage triage calls and messages for the clinic
- Work closely with Providers to provide high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement effective patient care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical practices and technologies
Requirements:
- Diploma in Practical Nursing or Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing
- Active LPN or RN license
- 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
