Job Title: Dialysis Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dialysis Nurse Practitioner to join our team at First Horizon Advisors, Inc.

Job Summary:

The Dialysis Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dialysis nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and education to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • IV certification if required by state of practice
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior dialysis experience is preferred
