Lumicity is seeking a highly skilled Process Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the development of lab processes on pilot and production scales, with a focus on improving metal recovery and reducing cost and environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new processes to improve metal recovery and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize manufacturing processes
- Conduct process analysis and modeling to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in chemical process engineering
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in chemical process engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of process analysis and modeling
- Experience with manufacturing scale-up processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
