About the Role

The Healthcare Learning Strategist will work closely with academic partners, faculty, and staff to provide students with personalized learning strategies and support throughout their academic program. This includes creating remediation plans, facilitating simulation-based experiences, and coordinating lab activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nursing concepts and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students
  • Facilitate simulation-based experiences, including equipment maintenance and setup
  • Assist in creating Next Generation NCLEX activities and workshops
  • Provide academic support and guidance to students
  • Communicate student progress to academic leadership
  • Participate in outreach to students with at-risk referrals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required
  • Master's Degree in Education or Nursing Preferred
  • 1+ year experience in an academic environment supporting classroom instruction or tutoring
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Maintenance of current, unencumbered RN license and BLS CPR certification

Chamberlain University offers a competitive salary range of $49,199 - $86,253, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k retirement plan, and paid time off.
