Key Responsibilities:- Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, including hydraulic pumps, cylinders, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and aluminum extrusion production machines and equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex manufacturing machinery, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs, and diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams to identify and repair equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on hydraulic systems, including oil gear, Rex Roth, Racine, Vickers, and other equipment.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure effective equipment maintenance and repair.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years maintenance manufacturing experience, including heavy equipment repair.
- Minimum 3 years troubleshooting experience with complex manufacturing machinery, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
- Trade school certification or an associate's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of AC & DC drives and industrial electrical systems.
- Reads and interprets hydraulic, schematic, basic electric, electronic, and OHM laws.
- Knowledge of routine maintenance on hydraulic systems, including oil gear, Rex Roth, Racine, Vickers, and other equipment.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including advanced electrical design, sizing of components, and installations.
