Our client is a distinguished general contracting firm dedicated to employee development, career advancement, and leadership training. They maintain a robust portfolio of Multifamily and Commercial Projects across Florida.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the project from inception to completion.
  • Supervise subcontractors and the overall construction process on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to address any issues related to materials or methodologies.
  • Foster and maintain a professional and effective working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Implement and uphold a safe working environment, practices, and culture on-site.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop the Master Schedule and 3-week look-ahead plans.
  • Encourage subcontractors to complete their tasks on schedule.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for the Senior Multifamily Construction Supervisor position should possess:

  • Experience in Ground-Up Construction is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience leading multifamily or commercial construction projects from the ground up.
  • Preferred experience in condominium construction.
  • Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software.
  • Strong skills in blueprint interpretation.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers.
