Role Overview:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead and mentor warehouse personnel in the processes of selecting, replenishing, receiving, and dispatching products for customer orders with safety, precision, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire team members to consistently meet performance targets by setting a positive example.
- Identify and eliminate barriers to team success.
- Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Foster employee development through coaching and training.
- Proactively address safety concerns and maintain the warehouse's physical condition.
- Analyze operational processes and suggest enhancements for cost efficiency.
- Initiate strategies to minimize damages and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Guide team members in utilizing voice and computer systems to enhance accuracy.
- Implement and oversee security protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance and warehouse inspections.
- Assist in managing employee schedules and productivity metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Take on additional responsibilities to meet performance objectives.
